Northern lights

Still no northern lights for us this winter, but we have great hopes, as the winter 2011 is supposed to host very high solar activity. Well, this is the perfect movie to wait :-)

Those fantastic pictures were shot by Tor Even Mathisen, a photographer from NRK (a Norwegian TV channel), and awarded "Astronomy picture of the day" on the 23rd of November, by the NASA. He's living in Trømso, but who knows, we might have the same in Trondheim ... ?
