Fonnfjellet !

Shopping morning in Sweden, just behind the border, in order to enjoy swedish prices & choice. And just no to waste a so beautiful day, we followed on with some hiking, once back on the Norwegian side:

Plan was to hike the summit Fonnfjellet in summer autumn, in order to know the way for winter and skiing conditions :-)

Well, the plateau looked easy to climb ... but the surprise was for the summit ... or rather the false summit:

From that (mid) summit, still 400m to go, using a very steep path across the cliffs. That was with no doubt the funny part of the hike ... that had to be shortened ... since we were very close to be blown off by the storm ...

We had to give up less than 20 min from the summit :-( But at least from where we stopped, the view was clear:

And yes, there were some snowcapped mountains in the background :-)

c'est maaaaaaaagnifique!!!! Le paysage est si beau que ce n'était pas trop grave de ne pas atteindre le sommet.
